FOLLOW EASY STEPS 1-4

step 1: MAKE SURE YOU QUALIFY TO CLAIM 
Before you sign up for our services and make any payments to UIF CONSULTANTS please ensure that you are eligible to claim!
YES, YOU DO QUALIFY TO CLAIM IF...
  • you are a contributor to the UIF.
  • you are unable to work because of illness for more than 14 days. 
  • your claim is within six months of becoming ill.
  • ​​you are receiving less than your normal wages while you are on sick leave.
NO, YOU DON'T QUALIFY TO CLAIM IF...
  • you get benefits from the compensation fund, or an unemployment fund under the Labour Relations Act.
  • you are receiving unemployment benefits from the UIF.
  • you have been suspended from claiming UIF due to fraud.
  • you are ill for less than 14 days.
  • ​you are refusing medical treatment.

OTHER DOCUMENTATION THAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Service certificate by employer.
  • Certified copy of ID document.
  • ​Copies of your last six (6) payslips.
  • ​Proof of payment made to UIF CONSULTANTS.
step 3: COMPLETE SERVICE AGREEMENT & DO PAYMENT
Click the button, complete the online service agreement, do the payment and UIF CONSULTANTS will assist you in claiming your benefit.
step 4: Complete AND SUBMIT ALL forms & DOCUMENTS
Complete the forms in detail to prevent rejection, then email all the forms and documents to info@uifconsultants.co.za 

You will receive an acknowledgement via whatsapp or email within 12 hours while your claim is processed.
